Got a clunky rotor due to a locating pin guide snapped ,on my model seems that they hold the front rotors in snug .I'm driving a 2004 fiat ducato ,and was wondering if anyone knows the thread size ,as I can't get one here and need it now so I gotta make one

I suspect all 4 wheels use the same bolt

Uncouple one from the RearDrum

Attempt to measure the thread, then install up front to retain that disc

Peugeot Relay and Citroen Boxer I understand used the same locating pin at that time.
As above standard on all hubs.
If you've a rattle with the pin out, I'd check for something else as a cause.
Swapping another pin as above may help.
I agree with @Jockstrap , I have seen many vehicles with missing or snapped wheel locating pins.
Apart from the inconvenience fitting the wheel it does not account for a rotor/disc rattle.

It's an m8 thread unsure about what thread count is does anyone know the thread counts used on 04 ducato , everything settled down just by kicking a bit of torque into my wrench on the wheel bolts but would like to get the right thread count b4 I take it all apart so I can just have one ready made to go in ,no gr8 rush as left arm is injured and unusable until it heals ,but it,d be gr8 just to have a little tinker with the right nut n bolt to crate one.

M8 bolt with 1.25mm thread is standard.

Standard on what..?

M8 x 1.25 Metric Coarse
M8 x 1.00 Metric Fine

Generally "finer threads" use different Hex Heads

This securing pin is likely to be 12mm hex..

A standard Bolt is 13mm
