I think I've had a senior moment or two. I've just realised that you have to click on to preview to get on to the icons.
That's the trouble (I think) of being a member of multiple forums, each one has it's own way of doing things

Can't find them again. When I click on the three dots next to the camera option there kind of highlighted along with other things underneath but don't work. This is on my Tablet not Laptop.

Something sinister is going on here, they've mysteriously come back.
I had to boot up my laptop to check - on desktop they should be in the normal bar:
On tablet:
On mobile:
However, they are only clickable if you have clicked an empty spot in the post area - if you have an image selected, or something like that - the icons will show, but be greyed out
