I have come across somewhere in this forum, people that have suffered from slow windows (on closing).
I have purchased the Haynes manual (appalingly laid out). Anyone got any advice as to how to cure?
Seems as if there is a lot of pressure at the base of the window, if window if pushed from inside, pressure spot is alleviated and window goes up significantly faster. Fiat had changed on a number of occassions something called the weatherstrip, since then geriatric window.
I have had the motor tested, and replaced to 2nd generation so have ruled out slow motor. In the summer (all 10 days that we had in the UK) window was fine so can only put it down to stiffening of plastics and rubbers. Advice please fellow Bravo sufferers.
