Sloppy gearstick

Anyone know how to fix excessive movement in gear stick. It notes like it's in neutral in all gears.

Hi mate and WELCOME TO THE FORUM :wave:

Remove the battery and then remove the battery tray as per THIS guide. Look down at the top of the gearbox where the gear selector cables converge.

Check that the 15mm bolt (no6 on the diagram) is tight and check for movement between the shaft (11) and the cam (8).
