Simonstone Bristol

Simonstone Bristol

They've been there a very long time, with a large site to support, although now added Jeep. I've been driving out of Bristol along the A4 past their site since 1987 and cannot remember them not being there. May not have been there all that time, but certainly long enough to have gone from my memory. Certainly considered them when I bought my Sei new in Jan 2000. So they must be doing something right.

Simonstone were just Fiat a few years ago, when Alfa (and possibly Abarth) were served by Wessex Garages in Feeder Road and Chrysler/Jeep were served by nearby Bristol Street Motors.

However Wessex and Bristol Street no longer hold the franchises and Alfa, Abarth and Jeep all transferred to Simonstone to join Fiat. I've never heard anything much about them so don't know if they're particularly good or bad, but to have maintained the business when the other companies have lost the franchises and many Fiat Group dealers have closed, they've gotta be doing something right. They've also got one of the 'new look' showrooms where Alfa are with Jeep and Fiat are with Abarth, so have clearly committed their investment to the FCA brands, which is another positive sign.
