OK, the price could shoot up before it finishes, or it could end up being a cheap fixer-upper or base for a 1242/1368 swap. So maybe worth watching for some.

Known faults: exhaust blowing, broken passenger side mirror, (barely/ill)egal tyres, no tax or MOT. Otherwise it runs ok, but it was his brother's car and has been sitting for a year, so it is sold as-is.
