Hi can any one help I have a 2011 auto trail Comanche that is giving me a bulb failure warning side lights. When the side lights are turned on they stay on for 2 secs then go out it is affecting the front and rear lights but not the marker lights. I have tried disconnecting the batteries and leavings them for about an hour in the hope it would reset the cambus unit but the fault is still there. Any help would be appreciated.:bang:

The sidelights are controlled by the body computer. There are no individual fuses, the body computer can shut the circuit down in the event of an overload. [The side marker lamps are not part of this system. Motorhome manufacturers provide an interface to supply these lamps and sometimes that high level marker lamps. There is normally an interface provided by Fiat within the drivers seat belt panel which gives a lights on signal to trigger the marker lamp equipment.]
It can be puzzling to work out what is happening but something as simple as a dislodged or corroded bulb can cause your problem.

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my problem, I will check each bulb and holder separately and let you know how I get on. Thanks again
