should i re-map & not tell the missus?

I've got a stilo jtd(80hp)on a 53 plate. Its a nice car, never broken down,good nick an all that, but i baught it as my last one was going to the scrapheap fast and had to get some wheels quick. the problem is my missus won't let me spend a bit of cash on it to make have a respectable three figure hp, or let me sell it to get a faster one

Do you reckon I should get a re-map and not tell her? on the one hand I don't think she'll notice as its not something you can see. on the other hand if she finds out i've syphoned off 300 notes to make it go like a whippet she'll enevitably flip her lid!

she is a red-head and has the temper to match!

what should I do? ideas please :idea:

Just tell her your doing it dude it's hardly divorce material...

Add up what she spends on Hair do's in a year!....

I did it a few years ago, we were sking but her indoors didnt know about the £600 notes I spent on my smart car..

If shes like my missus £300 notes on something she cant see, wont go down too well and she will milk it for ages lol.

tell her it broke down to explain its dissapearance, nothing major, you can go as far as showing her a receipt then!
