its not very advisable to do in everyday life lol, we use it at the tracks etc but it ****s the gearbox and clutch up, i always found flatshifting better but if you miss the clutch then its worse on the clutch than any other.
keep ure foot planted on the accelerater and stamp on the clutch as you change gear not before but do this in a stabbing like manner so as the clutch is down as little as possible, this will help on a strip or a track but is daft to be doing on the main road lol you wont have a gearbox after a couple of weeks.
does sound cool though when ure wheels spin ever so slightly at 60 lol.
