General Shipping Out of Italy (Calabria)

This a question for anyone has shipped out of Italy. My father is having problems with the shipping company that he chose to ship his car out of Giora Tauro (Calabria) and I am trying to help him find him someone else that can have the car brought over. The car has been at the port for a 1 1/2 months and the shipper will not give us a date of arrival.
