1.6 Mk1 or Mk2 ONLY at the moment. I won't supply it polished like that as it took me several DAYS... All made to order in my spare time so no delivery dates are given. :)

Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

There is a waiting list, not sure who is on it though. I know Jay is and someone else.

Where are you in the UK?

Obviously I can't flood the market with them ;)

Filter and fittings are extra.

The pic is my '97 1.6.

Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Now that is not something discussed publicly.

If I do one it won't be for a good few weeks.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

yeah a few weeks (after he has done me one for my 1.4) cough

common tom, u know u wanna :)

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

I'll get around to it. :)

If you tell me the outside diameter of the inlet on the bit that bolts ontop of the engine it would help things along.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Tom,

I would also be interested in one for the 1.4 as well. Obviously i will wait my turn :)

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Tom is it ok if i post around your pic here so people can see what the possibilities for their 1.6 are :)

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Whats it worth? :)

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Hmmm. OK

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Tom do you want me to see how much it would cost for the stainless steel pipe from the guy that sourced mine out still?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Sure thing. 70mm and 85mm (or there abouts) in 316.

Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

I like this. I have a 2001 Bravo 1.6 HLX 100 mk2 whatever you want to call it. I would also like to join your growing Q.
I've been told many times on this forum nobody does a decent induction kit for a bravo 1.6.
I take it you just make and supply the dull stainless steel pipe? I will have to fit it and buy the filter. Ideally piperX by the sounds of it.

Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Thats about right. :) No-one AT ALL makes a good 1.6 kit. Most re-use the existing pipework (which is crap) or have **** filters (green, K&N).

You can use any 76mm OD universal filters. ITG (£50) PiperX (£75), you could use a K&N but I'd send the boys round. :)

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

could you make me a shiney pipe for my k&n on my 1.2.

TAFI

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

AS I said I'd like to join the Q. You can e-mail me from my log in I think and we can sort out the finer points.
I live near Newcastle if that matters.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: shiny pipe thingy!

Not got any pipe that will fit. The thing with the 1.6 is its got an alloy throttle body so I can clamp the 76mm rubber pipe down onto the 72mm throttle. It would crush the plastic bits on the 1.2, 1.4, 1.8 and HGT. :(

Have to see what Ribzz's mate can do.
