Cool, I'll have a look at those blades.

I'll have a read of that thread during work tomorrow, thanks :).

are you going to sell your car and buy a horse as well?

Ha . Horses smell.

No worries i have saved a fortune using the DE razor the blades are really cheap when compared to the new 5million blade with super smooth gell strip types although unless i havent shaved for 2days or so i cant get a very smooth finish unless i do a final pass with shave oil rather than soap

I still think the best razor is the original Mach 3 ...

No one ever looks stupid with a beard. Fact.

If you must shave, I just use Morrisons own brand 10 for 30p razors (look like Bic ones) and Morrisons own brand 60p shaving foam.

Works for me and does just as good a job as the rip off gillette/wilkinsons sword 58 blade razors. Infact, I think they are better.

I just dont shave, got a full on gregory house style stubble beard going on..

when I do I use an electric clipper that takes it back to shorter stubble lol.

I used to do that, but with the Police you either have to be clean shaven or have a beard, not just laziness.

Result from todays shave...amazingly close! Didn't hurt at all, and so smooth its unbelievable!

Just got a (OK, 20) Palmolive shave sticks...best 49p each I've ever spent! Amazingly close shave. Better than the soap I've been using.

Ditto. After thirty years, I finally lost the will to shave properly, any more. (See my profile for the full-on, scary Jean Reno/Léon look....)

I use a rotary elec razor daily, its crap.

If I leave it a few days (I.E. on holiday, weekends, xmas etc) I dont bother shaving and then have a wet shave with Asda's own triple blade razors and gel.

Does the job and they last for about 6-10 shaves.

No way would I pay the prices asked for the machxx razors.

As for those in poundland, are you sure they are the same ones and not cheap crappy copies?
