new battery on it,
dude did you take out every fuse and check them all when you cleaned that fuse board.
if your car ran before it was left for ages the timing will be the same it wont have mysteriously changed i would say crank sensor or cam sensor my old renault ran like that and was hard to start it was the crank sensor.
try cleaning them first...........
