Looking at getting my grande Punto into Fiat for a service.

Looking at the 3 progammes, even the gold care doesn't mention draining and replacing brake fluid or coolant.

I prefer to have these changed every 2years, although it will stop the engine freezing up I don't want any build up of crud in the system.

My old MK1 needed a new rad, thermostat, pump, cam belt & headgasket as the old owner merely ran it on tap water for years

Do Fiat offer this as an option on services or do I need to have it done as an extra item?

I'm assuming a 12K mile service will be more as they are changing/checking more.

I've got 11 1/2 on the clock so far.

trust me its wrong!

if your car has under 9K when it is a year old you can get a slightly cheaper low mileage service.

I believe the latest coolants only require changing every 5 years.
