Technical Service Campaign v Recall Campaign

Hi Guys. I have a service campaign outstanding against my 2020 Motorhome on Ducato Chassis. Started to panic a bit because I have read of Recalls to do with the steering knuckle and horrific waiting for spare parts. When I check my VIN on Fiat Camper website it state there are no recalls outstanding but it makes reference to an outstanding Service Campaign but doesn't identify what the issue is.

What is the difference? Appreciate advice

Service campaigns are not necessarily safety related in the same way as recalls are.
There is for example a current Service Campaign:
"On some vehicles it is necessary to replace the particulate matter sensor on order to prevent the MIL (engine malfunction) warning light from possibly turning on.
Please contact your local authorised FIAT workshop to have this service campaign carried out.
If you have any questions please contact the FIAT customer service line on 0800 34280000."
