Technical Service countdown

Hi after some advice , I have a 2015 ducato 2.3 multijet , if I go into service section in instruments to check time to next service , it only comes up with the oil countdown and not the service countdown , even pressing either up or down buttons , has anybody had this issue and did you solve it ,

Hi, I have changed my service interval with multiecuscan to 15k km successfully but on dashboard when I press the menu->service on left hand side it sill display 38k km which is remaining from original 48k km. Why os that?
