Technical Seicento now dies after 20 mins driving help

The engine light comes on when it conks out along with the battery light,,the engine managment light has been on since i bought it the guy i bought it off said he ran out of petrol and the lights been on since,,but not sure if that has anything to do with it as its always been running fine even with that light on,,,plus i cant find anywhere that got a machine to plug into it

Yours is ODB2, so most backstreet garages will have a generic code reader at worst.

Try your local autospark for an Examiner clone.

yep get the light sorted. get a machine off ebay. a tidy one costs about 60 quid

about the same price as a visit to the garage

Yes think will have to find a garage or buy one be good to solve this problem as it would be a great help for anyone else that has same symptoms ,,but so hard to pin point what it is,,will keep you posted with the read out results thanks everyone that has given advice
