Seicento front speakers ?

Hi,
Anyone know what size the speakers are in the dashboard of a Seicento ? I would like to replace the factory ones for Kenwood ones depending on if the factory ones are a regular size or not.

10cm / 4" but they are fixed at only 2 points rather than 4. Just means taking the Dremmel / hacksaw to them if you can't find any suitable.

Are the other two not holes not screwed into by the screws holding the speaker grills like on a Cinq? Whilst here I would recommend the Pioneer TS-G1018s, they are a brilliant and for their size perform surprisingly well.

Is it just a case of undoing the 4 screws which hold the outter grill in place to get to the 2 screws which hold the speaker down ?

yeah pretty much bar ther odd funny speaker shape.not a big job though you may have to remove the casing from the OE speaker plug for the new speakers to plug on

ive got some hertz energy speakers i wante to fit and run them off my punch amp, there 17cms though would i need new speaker brackets and reckon id be able to get them in?

Have you actually got the car, i dont think Jesus makes speaker brackets for the front of a Sei because it would take nothing short of a miriacle for them to fit lol.
I would rethink your plan, nice kit though And we are happy to help.

cheers mate, picked it up today and yeah see your point now got no chance of fitting those herts in, might just get an infinity sub for the boot.

Been looking around for a new pair of sei speakers, got the motherload of all heads but the bass is 2 much for the little'uns. Even with 2x 6x9'ers in the back and the front speakers faded they struggle.. :S

Was thinking of the Boss CH4230. Would it be 2 much? They seem vry powerfull and at the same time offer a nice value for money..


Any advice? Has anyone recently got a nice pair?
