General Sei mk2 Headrest removal - the plastic bits

I'm mid way through stripping a seat and I'm stuck with removing the plastic bits that the headrest slot into?

Following the guide and searched and found nowt...

Any ideas before I hit the bottom with a hammer???

Ok hammer did it perfect. I will copy onto the guide ?
