Technical sedici abs

I´m from brazil and i have a tipo sedicivalvole but the abs is turned off. How can i test the system to turn on again??????

I didn't think you could turn ABS off? Are you sure the system is still working?

Im sure thats not working because all the sensors are unplugged.

the abs motor or computer is under the back seat? how can i test it?
