Afroking - as usual, your advice is sound. I am interested in the remote locking unit you suggest. Is it just a question of swapping that receiver/relay unit and using the new remote fobs?

Yes, you just need to swap the relay with the receiver relay and it is ready to use. I will be buying one in a few days so I can let you know how it is.

I will take some pictures and create a guide of how to install for those who are unsure.
