Stilo security failure warning light/connect nav

Hi...hope you can help. I recently purchased a Stilo Abarth (2004) and within a matter of weeks (sods law) the clutch/slave cylinder went t*ts up. Fortunately the repair was rectified under warranty and clutch plate,slave cylinder replaced.

However, having picked up the car the 'security failure warning light' comes on and stays on after it carries out its usually checks. The car starts, drives and locks perfectly well. Is it somethingto do with the fact thet the battery has been disconnected.

Also while typing, on the connect nav+ when I try to make a phone call, having dialled the number it connects then immediately says 'call over'. The sim card is in the unit.Do I need a PIN number?
