General Seat upholstery replacement? And rev-gauge

I'm looking at buying a Panda 30 S (1984, 30'000km, price is about £2000) which has very broken down seat upholstery - is it possible to replace those with new ones? While I'm at it, where to buy a rev-gauge that is compatible with the Panda? And how to connect it?

the panda 30 is a very rare car here in the UK so i dont know if the help i can give will be good..

i would have thought they are more close to the panda 750 or "dance" in design.. you would need the older style seats.. not the ones from out of a 999cc or 1108cc FIRE panda.
