scudo 2010 window problems shattering

Hi does anyone know if the scudo 2010 van has any faults with the left hand passenger window shattering twice. It has happened to me twice now insurance company wont entertain it as they are saying it must be a manufacturing fault as it has happened twice in the same way.

only thing I can think of is the motor isn't "sensing" it's at the top..,
and pushing and pushing..,

I'd have thought there must be something SHARP to actually shatter it though..


not an issue I've read about on here,

GOOGLE it , as it may be more prevalent in the Pug EXPERT..??
