General Scudo 2008 Aux Input

Ive been trying to find a solution for adding an Aux input into my 2008 Scudo van.

After a lot of reading and talking to a lot of unhelpful people, I have found a solution.

My Scudo 2008 comes factory fitted with the Citroen/Peugeot Siemens VDO RD4 stereo, which is fitted to numerous Peugeot/Citroen cars.

The stereo has a CD changer port that can provide an Aux input with the correct cable. Three companies told me that it wouldn't work, but I took the risk and bought the cable, fitted it and it works perfectly. (Although you have to first remove two blue blanking plugs in the existing socket first.)

The cable is made by Connect2 and part number CTVPGX011 - Aux Adapter for Peugeot 207/307/407/607.

I bought mine from caraudiooutlet on ebay £25.99 (the cheapest I've found)

Just checked on Ebay and the company's put them up to £33.00, although there are some on there for £28.00.
The best way is to do a search on CTVPGX011.

And yes the CD does still work.

Just to clarify:

When you hit the source button, it will toggle through RADIO - CD - AUX 1. Hence you can only use either the Aux or CD at any one time
