my step son hopes to get a car when he passes his test, he currently has been riding scooters for last 2 years, first a 49cc one and now a 125cc, will he be able to use his ncb on a car policy?
Well bugger me, I have 4 years NCB on bikes but no1 would let me use them and i had everything from 50cc to 600cc so thought someone would of let me use them
I've just got a years on my ped, my mate was able to use his on his car but i think his insurance company insure bikes also. Maybe if you stay with the same company? On my quotes they ask how long I've owned my provisional, I put a year but as I'm only 17 it says I am unable to have owned it this long lol? Although I've used it for a year on a ped
Lexham insurance do offer discount i think if you were wit them on mopeds and shift to car!
I have a 1years NCB lol but im sure it willcome in handy if i get a Senda
Bennetts sometimes let you transfer them, though I arent sure if it is only between certain engine specifications and if you have to have accumulated the NCB through them first.
