Can I scan my Fiat Panda, year 1998 Fire Engine ?
If yes, Where can I find socket scan?

It should be a small 3pin plug by the ECU under the dash.

Upsssss 1998 and not 1988 has I understood

1988 only has to be scanned in Scandinavia
1998 has 3pin connector near ECU under dash
