Not had this motorhome long but the display on the main unit (that has breakers and fuses etc ) should show battery volts and amps etc but it's completely blank? The 2 small buttons beside it do nothing! Anyone any ideas what the issue might be?

Thanks Ronnie

You may have already done this, but a quick search revealed the following;

"If the display screen on your Sargent EC450 control panel is blank, it may be due to a software or connection issue. A common troubleshooting step is to reboot the control panel by turning off the PSU isolate switch, waiting 30 seconds, and then turning it back on. This process can resolve issues where the control panel software has crashed. If the screen remains blank after this, try disconnecting the multi-plug at the back of the control panel for a short period, then reconnecting it to reset the system. For touchscreens that are unresponsive, a calibration reset may be required: power on the panel and press and hold the power on/off button until the screen displays “Touch the white dots to calibrate,” then tap each corner dot to complete the calibration. If these steps do not restore functionality, the issue may be hardware-related, and consulting a dealer is recommended".

Hi thanks, I think that's for the main hab control panel and not the little lcd display on the fuse box?

Maybe this, then?

"A blank display on the Sargent EC450 fusebox, showing no battery voltage or amp readings, is a known issue reported by users, often occurring without an apparent cause. This can be linked to problems with the interface unit (EM40), which may fail and cause incorrect or missing readings on the control panel.

Potential causes include faulty connections, a failing interface unit, or internal faults within the control system. It is recommended to check the integrity of all connections, including the fusebox and interface unit, as loose or corroded contacts can lead to incorrect readings or complete display failure. If the issue persists, a reset of the system by disconnecting all connections for 30 seconds may help, as this has been reported to resolve similar errors. For definitive diagnosis and repair, contacting Sargent technical support or a qualified technician is advised, especially if the problem is recurring or affects system functionality".

Thanks again for this, I will need to isolate power from the hab battery and cab battery to properly reset the unit I guess. I'm sure this display was working when I bought the moho in September.

Thanks Ronnie
