General Santa called in sick!

It was Christmas eve and not a mouse in the house did stir when the mobile rang and it was Santa saying that he was down with a bad dose of reindeer flu and he needed Alan and I to get our skates on in the Barchetta and head to Argos to save the day!

It will never fit!!!

It's bigger in there than it looks:chin:

Us and the presents all wrapped up to brave the cold!

Hood down and off we go!

It was tough going but thankfully the 'Hundred Acre Wood Fire Dept' came along to help out!

So job done and all the presents delivered (yup, that boot is bigger than it looks!) it was time to head back to base (via the off licence:devil: ) for a night of hot wine by the fire were I might actually get some feeling back in my fingers again!

Anyway, Merry Christmas from us to all the Barchetta's and their owners. Get it out in the morning, tie tinsel to the antenna and go enjoy the roads while everyone else is still unwrapping their presents!

What the pics don't show is that we had to go to tesco after for the christmas shop and half way thou the check out Alan and I looked at each other with this look of horror that we both realized at the exact same time that we where driving the Barchetta and that we'd not been home to take the argos stuff out of the car!!!

It was soo funny but it all went in even if the last bag had to go in the front footwell!

See, a barchetta isn't just for christmas you know!
