Samsung mobile phones

Cant get my samsung wave to pair up with the pc.

installed the software from samsung website, restarted the pc, nothing....

uninstalled it and then reinstalled, still not working.

anyone there with an idea of what im doing wrong?

cant find a troubleshooter section on the website

Try it on the desktop, rather than the laptop (I'm asusming thats what you've been trying it on??)

yeah, software is supposedly ok for xp/vista and 7 so shouldnt be a compatibility issue
