Hello, recently broke a 68 coupe chassis rot, I have a 64 saloon putting bits on that car, noticed leaf spring on coupe was longer than saloon not by much, my question is was it because coupe had a slightly longer front track or was it purely to lower the stance, also noticed when you buy a new one now one size seems to fit all, I used the saloon spring in the end, disc brakes look nice now must say, also coupe steering box when compared to saloon one had a different mounting angle, consequently column did not meet box splines, so old one used, everything else fitted OK, regards dave
