How easy was it to remove the arch liners? Did you brush or spray? I stick with the Bilt Hamber Dynax UB as a more permanent coating.

Im going to reinspect mine after BH treatment 18 months back and will try and get some pictures.

I'm rather relying on the fact that the whole bodyshell is galvanised, coupled with me hosing out all teh nooks and crannies after winter salt or a muddy cross country trip. Only 'weak' point is the 4x4 under tray that appears to have no protection at all from the factory (I've removed and repainted that), and parts of the rear suspension if left to accumlate mud.

Body shell less on an issue, other than maybe the sills at jacking points, it the fasteners, brake lines and brackets etc. so much easier to service and repair if heads , particularly E Style, not eroded. And if every day is a semi muddy trip, due to rural, agricultural roads.

I always jack on the locations for a post lift, never the sills, for that reason. Agree about fasteners….

This is the 2016 car. Treated8/24.
I saw this small patch untreated on one arm. Unsure why, maybe it wasnt clean when sprayed. Bilt Hamber is clearly still in place and it all looks great. I will check the other 3 but I dont think any action is required for some while. BH UB and UC both seem great. I can also confirm the cans do spray, to the end, at any angle you hold them. Dooing 4 cars together means it wasnt the most thorough job.
