Technical Rumble/Vibration at Certain Speeds..HELP!!

I have had my Bravo 1.9 150T Multijet for three weeks, and ever since I got it it has rumbled at about 50mph and about 75mph.
Sometimes its so bad the pedals make a knocking sound and you can physically fell the car shaking. Horribly frustrating.
I took it to get the wheels balanced at Motorhouse (where I got it from), and they turned my attention to the fact the wheels were scratched and had probably beed curbed (not me, how would I curb all 4 wheels before I left the showroom!??). They told me the balanced it anyway, but that that was as much as they were willing to do.
It was still happening, so took it to kwik-fit, to see what they thought. They balanced the wheels again, but said the problem was due to the two front wheels being BUCKLED!!!!

I took it finally to a Fiat dealership, and asked them to diagnose the problem, do what it took to fix the problem as I LOVE the car, and did not want anything else.
They told me two of the wheels needed replacing.
That has been done, and although the rumble is nowhere near as noticable, I still feel there is something.

Has anyone encountered any type of rumble like this. Is it a trait of the engine? or of the chassis, or of the suspension?
Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

It could still be deformed tyres. Seen that on an Alfa before where replacing the tyre solved an issue with a rumble.

could possibly be your wheel bearings.

Very much doubt the wheel bearings will be the problem. Kerbed and buckled alloys usually mean knackered tyres too. Did you get new tyres or did they re-fit the original ones?

could also be damaged suspension parts (i.e ball joints ect) if the bang was bad enough to knacka the 2 front wheels.

If both front wheels were buckled then it must have hit something hard. This could have done many things to the suspension or drive train . It sounds like the dealer found the distorted wheels and stopped looking for anything else. Arrange with them to go back and have a technician sit in the car while you drive him around and have him acknowledge when he hears the noise. Then get them to write a report on what they find and take the bill to Motorhouse.

by replacing the wheels, you mean the dealer replaced the tires and the rims or just the tires?

If the wheels have been buckled , Im suprised they havent checked your tracking as that's bound to have been thrown out.
Is it a constant rumble or more pronounced when turning?
Like said previously it could have damaged any amount of things, track rods, bearings etc etc
take it to another garage as these muppets appear not to be bothered

ps was yours the nice black mjet in moterhouse about 6-8 weeks ago?
