RS Turbo Caliper Holders

Hey all,

Just got some caliper holders off ebay for a very good £10 extra on top of my speedo cluster.

when we got the RS the bloke said it has RS Turbo Calipers but to fit the discs he included in the sale i'd need to get caliper sliders.

just after same advice/tips on fitting them really, there aren't any bolts with the sliders so i don't know if they're already on the car if you know what i mean.

would be good if i can have the stuff ready i need and know how to do it because it's awkward for me to find somewhere flat to do the job.

to fit the bigger discs you need to replace the current caliper brackets for the ones you've just bought, all this really does is shift the caliper further away from the hub. the bolts you need are already there. its a few years since i've done this job but iirc there are 2 x 13mm bolts on the caliper and then 2x 15mm bolts on the hub. if the bolts on the hub have that blue plastic stuff on the threads make sure the holes on the hub are clean before you put the bolts back in, it can cross-thread them even though its only a bit of plastic threadlock.
