I hope someone can help me Please.
I have got a customer with an 01 doblo 1900 diesel van.
I have put it on the scanner & rpm code is coming up ??
When i first crank it over, the rev counter goes up to 800rpm then drops down to nothing.
I checked the wiring from the ecu to rpm sensor, all ok.
I then replaced the rpm sensor (still no go)
THe last thing to replace was the ecu, i got one from Fiat, which they said was a virgin one (no coding needed)
I came to the van, put on the new ecu & guess what ?? it would not go.
Has anyone got any ideas ?? Please.
