Rpm rises

2004 Fiat Albea 1600 CC
RPM rises by it's self with out pressing on the gas how do I fix this problem?
any help would be appreciated

I recently suffered erratic idling & sorted it with the following:

Basically clean out your throttle body & if necessary put those spacers in. Not sure if it's the same on the 1.6
