High RPM - too high?

I've got a 1.4 Grande Punto and I noticed today that whilst doing about 70mph in 5th the rev count was at about 35 - is that too high? The engine does sound like it could do with going up a gear! Just wondering if it's a problem and if I need to take it to the garage again?

That's about normal.

perfectly fine, rev limiter will kick in at around 6500, the 1.4 is more geared for city driving though
