General Rpm problem

Hi,I have punto 1.3 multijet engine car. I start my car morning acceleration increase and rpm 950 or 1000 after 5 min its down and but i drive puch cluch padal then rpm down slow and fix on 1000 or 950 Rpm i check everything EGR,INJECTOR,AIR SENSOR MASK, WIRES, everything ok but this problem not fix
(In scanner not show fault i check 3 electrition but not slove this problem )
please help me!
