I want to fit roof bars to my mk 1 (97) Punto 55 s 3 door in order to carry Kayaks. I'm aware the Thule brand is probably the best, but it costs a fortune. Can you recommend any brands/makes that do the job and what are peoples' experiences of having roof bars?
