Rolling arches

I've put 15's on my Uno and they rub slightly when the car is thrown round a corner, now I was thinking of lowering it to stiffen the suspension up a bit, my m8 had the same problem with the rubbing but when he got it lowered he said it only rubbed when there was people in the back. So getting mine lowered and then the arches rolled, good idea or bad idea?

Any ideas on prices anyone?

good idea to roll them but you may still need to space them out with spacers (of course) Im not sure how much it would cost though, sorry - just thought that seeing nobody had replied i would post to try and speed things up for you if possible
