I am trying to find a riva wood steering wheel apart FROM UK E Bay any suggestions

Create one, perhaps - it's only what, a c10"wood insert.

These guys are the experts in wheels, refurbishment etc. Would be spendy, if possible, but a conversation costs nothing.
