Okay i know the ripspeed gear is frowned upon because it isnt always of the highest quality. But me personally have always wanted a flip out headunit. And tbh ripspeed are the only people that do them at reasonable prices for people my age. The model i was looking at was the dv720 allthough there are a few other flip up ripspeed headunits..
Was just wondering if anyone had any experience with the model? Is it good does it do the job? And most importantly does it fit in the grande punto?
Get back to me people :)
If you think its a shiit headunit could you reccomend something that looks good and works well...something really worth the money and is less than 150ish quid.

PEACE!

For half the price of that Beat unit you could get one that does all the same stuff from Aldi and it'd be 10x better. No that's not a joke, I got my headunit from Aldi about 3-4 years ago and it's excellent value for money.

What you have to remember about car audio is that in order for your system to sound good and perform well, you need a decent source as a foundation.

Your headunit is the most important part, don't always go for the cheapest option.

No doubt you could buy a decently branded flip out dvd unit on eBay second hand for the same price as a new Ripspeed one. Don't be afraid of buying second hand, its a great way to stay on budget without forfeiting quality.

Thanks for all the feedback. Not sure what im going
To do i really dont like the look of the alpine headunits. Just look tacky i know they might work well but if its in the front of my car its gotta look good. If someone cpuld point me to something that looks sleek and sexy and is a good headunit i wpuld be greatful :) preferebly white or blue illumination :)

Ive already told you. Alpine or Pioneer.

You seem to have your heart set on buying something that looks more attractive than it is functional though.
