Technical Reversing lights!!

Hi all
I'm from the fccuk forum, but I stumbled my way on to here when the fccuk forum went down.
Love the site by the way:worship: and............. My little sister has our Mum's old car
a '97 TD100 Marea!!! 125k miles on the clock and still flying!!


Now there just one problem with the old gal
one the reverse light aren't coming on, I've check the bulbs and fuse box, and everything ok there,
so is the switch on the gearbox/linkage?? ( and where is it?) or is it something else?

dont know the marea but its usual for there to be a switch on the gearbox bellhousing IME. usually not too hard to find as theres normally no other electrical wires around

Lovely, I won't see the car until the weekend,( sister works on the other side of Ireland!) but I'll check there when I get my hands on it!
