Have you connected the diodes right? The diodes have polarity so if they are connected wrong then it doesn't work. Was the tacho ok?
tacho was OK...as was working with one coil...I've diodes twice...even asked my brother (who knowsmore about it than me) and nothing...one I've connected to second coil, rev stoped working...then with one coil was OK again...so I decided to leave as I didn't want to break something....maybe diodes wrong (yours looks bigger)

Thanks for all your help guys and to you easterly for the ecu pin location. Got the gauges fitted yesterday easy peasy. will try and upload some pics tomorrow. Only issue now is modifying the pod to stop them all from reflecting on the windscreen like a fighterjet hud! time to make some peaks. lol:p(y)

Glad you got it working in the end.

Although what reflection in the screen are you on about, That was my 'head up' display on my Selecta as featured in many BMWs :ROFLMAO: :p
