I still get errors in the dash ECU saying there is no body ECU! If I clear it, then it just comes back within a few seconds. But everything seems to work, I need to road test it for a few days to get the feel of it.

Interesting, It reads the missmatch. I'd like to know what all the bytes mean.
I wonder if the ISO number is in there, and could be edited?

I found them today too, changed to '4 line' to have a look but the ECU wouldn't accept it and failed to save Also found that the byte 65 has no effect I changed it to 00 from 40, no change then to 20 no change. Left it at 00.
The ECO Index isn't working, and just bugs me. Each time I changed byte 65, I hade to reset km to miles.
Admire you guys for plugging a way at this,but all this electronic speak is doing me head in- just like all the stuff on changing the ICE it comes across as one big headache!.
Even Fiat cant get all there electrics to work properly all the time
what chance you have god only knows!.
Thankfully im happy with the "old style" speedo display, and never turn the radio on anyway- dont want, or need "bluetooth" or the facility to talk to anyone whilst driving! so can leave well enough alone! .
good job to as therapy costs big money!, and i have got my Mercedes ml350 to get my electronics fix from!

My original setting was 'Comfort/1 Line'
From the MES Notes "This functionality is usually used by the convergence (Blue&Me) and radio/navigator modules. Vehicles with Blue&me module usually have 4 line displays."
..and I don't have a B&M, so I should have known better

No Manufacturer ever does, its the unspoken norm.reckon your right unfortunately Fiat never really finished it did they!
the previous guys appear to be having all the fun!
im sure they will pitch into help you!!Your cluster will function allways. Even with flashing mileage you are able to drive.
Ok. I see. only blue and me won't work.
