Technical Replacing Xenon bulb passenger side

Good day all! My partners Fiat 500C has a blown xenon bulb on the passenger (UK) side. I’ve ordered a replacement Osram bulb. Is there an easier way to get into the light unit, short of having to take the bumper off?

Is there a little plastic flap to remove in the wheel arch if you turn the wheel out

You should always replace them in pairs it's suggested, one so the colour matches and the other is the same age so probably not long until it fails?
Note removing the bumper, if required, if it's never been off before could be time consuming, be very gentle where the bumper meets the wing plastic fixings, don't yank off as in some videos

My Abarth has xenons and they are supposed to be changed from inside the engine bay.
Were xenons even an option in non Abarths?

Yes was a option even on the pop @£800 ish
