Technical Replacing uno injector units

Hi, I have a 1992 Uno 1.1 IE. Can I replace my injector unit with the unit
from 1.0 IE?

I don't see why not. There may be some very small differences, but the chances are they're almost the same. Perhaps check the Haynes manual for settings and also make sure the ECU is the same.

Also bear in mind that the Cinquecento Sporting and also the Punto 55 probably use the same injection unit as the 1.1ie Uno. Same engine, so I'm guessing they have the same SPI.
