Seicento Replacing hose joiner

Hello, I was driving yesterday and suddenly had steam coming from under bonnet. Once it had cooled I took a closer look. The coolant had emptied itself because the three way hoser connector had sheared off. I'm trying to get a replacement , or otherwise make my own. Any hints or tips would be brilliant. Thanks

sounds like the plastic has aged and become brittle,
so a used replacement may be shortlived..
shop4parts . or EBAY for a new one would be my choices,
