General Replacing 17" alloys with 15"

I currently have 17" alloys and after a particularly nasty pothole it may be more cost-effective to just replace them all with 15" alloys, but before I buy them will 15" wheels they fit over my current calipers?

depends on spec/model of car but providing calipers are standard fiat o.e fitment you shouldn't have an issue

Thanks, its a 1.9 MJet Sporting if that makes any difference, calipers are standard.
