Technical Replacement Sills

Hi folks
After a long lay off, work has restarted on welding Graham back together.
The bloke wants his big bottle of Argon back so I've got to get on and finish the job.

Last week end I finished the RHS wheel arch.
This week end it's the RHS rear shock mount.
Then it's onto the RHS sill.

I was going to order the outside sill from Beevers Part Number: 25-41-002

Graham is a 1990 903cc Dance, is the part the right one?
(I saw another thread suggesting some of these sill are for Mk1 Pandas)

Has any one bought & fitted one of these?
If so how did it go?

Not fitted sills on a 1987 panda but I did repair them
It's a nasty job because one set of spot welds at manufacture
joins 3 sections together Floor pan, inner sill, outer cill.

I ended up putting a right angle piece of metal - floor pan
to inner cill. On the outside a further 2 right angles one
attached to the floor pan and one attached to the outer
cill but hidden from view and covered with under seal
and seam welded along the tips.

I think you will find beevers do not have the outer sills either mk1 or 2 I asked for a pair and told no longer available

Those are the MK2 sills, the MK1 sills are corrugated and extend up the front wing/pillar and rear quarter to match the pattern on the door.

There are a number of websites advertising these sills for sale, however they all seem to come from the same manufacturer and are no longer available. In the end I gave up looking and decided to repair my existing sill.
